We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Drift Services. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care in a long-term care setting.
Job SummaryThe LPN is responsible for delivering direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and reporting resident status to the RN or Doctor. You will maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
This role requires a valid LPN license in good standing from the State Of Delaware and authorization to work in the US. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. If you are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Take vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor resident status and report changes to the RN or Doctor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
