Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a critical care professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients with a wide range of pulmonary conditions. Your expertise will include administering therapeutic interventions, conducting clinical assessments, and operating mechanical ventilators.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in providing excellent patient care and ensuring seamless collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Administer respiratory care therapeutics, diagnostic services, and lead team members when assigned charge
  • Consistently perform clinical assessments of the pulmonary system with precision and accuracy
  • Develop and refine ventilator care plans, communicate findings and recommendations to the patient care team
  • Correctly document all pertinent data and charges on the patient's medical record
