Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Degree: Possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • State License: Hold an active license to practice pharmacy in the state where employed.
  • Certifications: Obtain immunization certification and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
