Key Responsibilities- Review and understand all bid documents and assess potential risks
- Prepare bid packages and compare and analyze competitive subcontract and supplier bids
- Review estimates with project management team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate packages
- Buy out job, award to subcontractors and manage contract process
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field
- 5+ years in estimating for commercial construction projects
