Job Summary

Rosecrance Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Access Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fielding inquiry calls, screening and triaging clients, and providing clinical assessments to determine the best course of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in fielding and screening inquiry calls to determine client needs
  • Provide clinical assessments to determine the best course of treatment
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individual treatment plans
  • Document client information and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in staffing sessions to review client progress and establish future clinical direction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Master's preferred
  • Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
