Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a part-time Customer Experience Representative to support our GuildQuality brand.
GuildQuality specializes in empowering top-tier homebuilders, remodelers, and contractors in North America to provide outstanding customer service. Our members exemplify excellence in the residential real estate and construction sectors.
As customer experience representatives, you will serve as brand ambassadors for both our organization and our member clients. Your role will involve engaging with homeowners to evaluate their satisfaction with their builders, remodelers, or contractors. Therefore, it is essential for our representatives to possess a friendly and professional demeanor, along with a passion for engaging with individuals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and respond to customer interactions via telephone
- Conduct detailed customer satisfaction follow-up surveys using a provided script
- Accurately document customer feedback employing proper grammar
- Effectively address questions or situations that may arise
- Adhere to established processes and protocols within the calling queues
- Exhibit adaptability to changes in procedures and protocols
- Schedule callback requests and ensure timely responses to customers
- Follow the appropriate escalation chain for issues or concerns
- Provide comprehensive comments and documentation on customer profiles
- Comply with call center quality assurance standards
- Represent our Members and Brand with professionalism
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening abilities
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Typing proficiency of at least 50+ words per minute
- A quiet workspace with reliable technology and internet access
- Comfortable using various technology applications
- Solid grasp of English grammar
- Flexibility and adaptability
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely. Candidates are required to have their own computer and a quiet workspace with a secure internet connection.
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The hourly compensation for this role is $13.50 USD. Please note that this salary range serves as a general guideline and encompasses various labor markets within the US. Compensation decisions are influenced by multiple factors, including the scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, work location, education, key skills, and market considerations.
