About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Integration Specialist to join our team at eatOS POS Inc. As a Cloud Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations with various APIs and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop integrations with APIs and third-party applications using Zapier and other integration platforms.
  • Migrate applications to new APIs as needed.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with integrations and APIs.
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team to resolve issues with external groups.
  • Provide technical assistance and mentorship to other engineers on the team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and partners.
  • Be available for on-call emergencies if there is a problem with one of our apps.
  • Assist customers via support to ensure they have the best experience possible.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in development.
  • Exceptional skills in backend development and programming.
  • Experience with Web APIs and API documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recognize and fix issues.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to communicate technical topics clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Start-up experience.
  • Experience working virtually and with a virtual team.
