Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Management Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Case Management Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Case Managers and Clinical Social Workers. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and that our department operates in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of Case Managers and Clinical Social Workers
  • Operationalize Case Management and Clinical Social Work workflow standards and processes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational standards
  • Assess daily census assignment and ensure acuity and caseloads are equitable
  • Monitor productivity and provide hands-on support for critical staffing needs
  • Partner with directors and managers to conduct leadership rounds and support workflow and staff engagement
  • Develop and oversee UM work schedules and calendar management
  • Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements
  • Conduct employee evaluations and maintain employee HR files
  • Collaborate with directors and team leads on continuous process improvement
Requirements
  • BSN or MSW required
  • 3-5 years of relevant management and Case Management experience
  • Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or current licensure as a licensed clinical social worker by the NC Social Work Certification and Licensure Board
