Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Develop and implement a well-coordinated strategy to produce compelling speaker programs for youth and adults, including intergenerational dialogues and youth-led initiatives.
  • Audience Development and Partnership Cultivation: Foster relationships with civic leaders, youth-serving organizations, and community-based groups to increase participation by low-income, underrepresented, and marginalized youth.

Requirements:
