Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

Join BrightSpring Health Services, a leading provider of integrated medical services, as a Financial Planning Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our various entities, ensuring high-quality financial and analytical support to meet business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze financial trends and opportunities.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a preference for an MBA.
  • At least 5 years of progressive financial work experience, including prior responsibility with strategic financial analysis/reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
