- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a technical capacity.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in related applications such as Interaction Studio, Datorama, and Salesforce CDP.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Core applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovative thinking.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience in a product owner or developer role within Salesforce environments.
