  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement quality improvements and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and quality reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through diligent quality control practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality management systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and testing methods.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and quality reports.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • SPC troubleshooting and helping with DMC and GCC.
  • Performs customers returns work related activities such as RMA updates, sorting and inspection.
  • Help engineer collect data for PPAP, customer related issues, and supplier issues.
  • Issue and manage quality alerts posted to the line to improve processes to protect out customers.
