Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Biolife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
  • Conduct donor screenings to ensure eligibility and safety
  • Answer phones and greet donors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using company-approved procedures
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
