Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Rausch Coleman Homes. This role involves working directly with the Customer Service Manager to identify customer questions and concerns, handle customer complaints in a patient and compassionate manner, and perform daily tasks with customer satisfaction in mind.
Key Responsibilities- Report directly to the Customer Service Manager
- Interact with staff and office personnel as required
- Daily interaction with customers
- Understand and react to the daily challenges of scheduling customer service calls
- Assist in developing and implementing new or revised record keeping systems and procedures
- Responsible for accurately tracking all service work in IHMS
- Responsible for pulling, updating, and verifying accuracy in all necessary reports
- Additional duties as required
- A high sense of urgency and positive attitude in demanding situations
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in a construction company
- Ability to navigate a computer to submit daily and weekly reports and/or status updates
- Possess an understanding of computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments
- Possess time management skills
- Ability to make administrative and procedure decisions
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
