We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team as a Sales Associate Role. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, explaining our product, and guiding customers through timelines and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Adoption: Use cutting-edge technology to create 3D scans of customers' teeth for review by our Licensed Dental Professionals.
  • Payment Plans: Help customers select the best payment plan for their budget.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Work with your team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere and assist with setting up your SmileShop for success.
Qualifications:
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in sales and customer service, preferably in retail sales settings.
  • Confidence and Presentation Skills: Confidently present our product and address customer questions and concerns.
  • Passion for Smile Transformation: Excited and passionate about transforming smiles and making an impact.
  • Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Fun, positive personality while being professional and eager to succeed, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
