  • Perform routine database maintenance, including backups and recovery operations.
  1. Programming and Automation:
  • Create and maintain scripts and small programs to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with software development teams on projects requiring custom programming.
  1. Network and Security Management:
  • Monitor and manage the organization's network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Implement and uphold security protocols to safeguard the company's data and systems.
  • Conduct regular security audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  1. Technical Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
  • Create user manuals and training materials for end-users.
  1. Project Coordination:
  • Lead or participate in IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business application software.
  • Any relevant certifications.

Working Conditions:
