Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating MOD's values and behaviors in all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coach and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Partner with the General Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on operational standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically, making informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
