As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Director of Performance Marketing to lead our advertising efforts and deliver measurable results across multiple platforms.
Position Overview:
The Director of Performance Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This individual will leverage strong analytical skills to ensure that all campaigns meet and exceed performance KPIs, maximizing ROI and supporting Rigle's growth objectives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance metrics, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across key platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making adjustments to ensure strong KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Drive a data-driven approach to budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
- Develop and manage A/B testing processes to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for optimizations.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes to ensure Rigle’s performance marketing strategies are competitive.
- Oversee performance marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Foster relationships with external advertising partners to optimize and expand campaign opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on eCommerce or consumer-focused industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in managing data-driven campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Amazon.
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend to meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
