Job Summary:
This pivotal leadership role is essential for overseeing the effective management of Food & Nutrition Services within a healthcare setting. The Culinary Operations Manager will be accountable for all foodservice-related functions, including patient care, retail operations, catering, quality assurance, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client and customer satisfaction through efficient and cost-effective management.
- Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance initiatives while fostering positive relationships with patients and other departments.
- Promote the professional development of team members and enhance inter-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or a related field; or an Associate Degree with three years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in a hospital or adult care environment is preferred.
- Three to five years of operational management experience in foodservice, with knowledge of inventory and purchasing practices.
- Strong understanding of food trends, quality control, sanitation, and cost management.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in financial management and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- ServSafe Certification and Certified Dietary Manager credentials are preferred.
