Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with independent contractors and client personnel.
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize GPS technology to monitor fleet vehicles.
  • Assign routes to drivers and confirm their execution.
  • Oversee customer deliveries, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Compile and maintain reports on operational performance metrics.
  • Adapt to various duties as required by business needs.
  • Ensure punctuality and attendance are prioritized in daily operations.
  • Supervise on-site staff responsible for data entry and customer service communications.
  • Draft and send professional correspondence regarding operational status and client inquiries.
  • Implement supervisory duties in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
  • Conduct employee training, plan tasks, and manage work assignments.
  • Recognize employee contributions and address any performance issues.

Qualifications:
