  • Assign routes to drivers and confirm their execution.
  • Oversee customer deliveries, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Compile and maintain reports on operational performance metrics.

  • Ensure punctuality and attendance are prioritized in daily operations.
  • Supervise on-site staff responsible for data entry and customer service communications.
  • Draft and send professional correspondence regarding operational status and client inquiries.
