We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, on budget, and meeting customer requirements.

Job Summary
The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Key responsibilities include developing project schedules, managing budgets, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. A strong analytical skillset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
* Manage project budgets and revenue forecasts
* Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Utilize industry best practices and standards throughout the project execution

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a project management capacity
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
* Excellent analytical, communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
