Job Title: Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team at Voices of Hope Lexington Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative and program-related support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Print & Digital Materials:

  • Design and create promotional materials using design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure all printed and digital materials adhere to our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Development Manager to update content regularly.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation.

Program Support:

  • Assist program coordinators and managers in planning, scheduling, and executing events, workshops, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics, including materials preparation, venue setup, and registration management.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant engagement.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and maintaining project databases.
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, program assistance, non-profit, or related fields.
  • Experience with design software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
