Shift Details:
Back shifts - $1.00/hour shift differential

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

Hourly Rate: $22.63

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute MIG welding tasks to align with production objectives.
  • Accountable for welding base frames.
  • Conduct work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Achieve or surpass all quality and productivity benchmarks.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Engage in weekly Rittal Production System meetings.
  • Commit to continuous personal skill enhancement.
  • Drive 6S initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of welding experience or completion of a certified welding training program.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints is strongly preferred.
Physical and Safety Requirements:
  • Remain at the welding station for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequently walk, bend, twist, and reach during the work period.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist height; regularly lift 25-40 pounds to waist height and up to 25 pounds overhead.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes in assignments, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Utilize safety-toed footwear, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and other personal protective equipment as necessary, including welding hoods and protective clothing.
