Job Summary

Global Refuge is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team in refugee resettlement. As a Case Manager, you will provide critical support to newly arriving refugees, ensuring their successful integration into their new community. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate case management services to refugees, including airport pick-up, housing, and employment support.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring their self-sufficiency and long-term integration.
  • Collaborate with community partners, service providers, and local employers to ensure seamless referrals and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, submitting regular reports as required.
  • Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement, contributing to the overall success of the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or two years of experience in case management and/or social services.
  • Fluency in Spanish required; proficiency in other languages an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and valid insurance.
