Johnson Service Group (IL) is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for building electro-mechanical assemblies per applicable documentation and quality workmanship standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Assembly and Testing**: Build electro-mechanical assemblies, perform simple soldering, and build cables according to manufacturing drawings and written work instructions.
  • **Quality Control**: Review work for compliance with accepted practices and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • **Technical Knowledge**: Apply comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
  • **Collaboration**: Work with lead technicians to cable route various rack systems and receive technical guidance as required.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • **Experience**: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly of high technical products.
  • **Skills**: Skilled in complex mechanical, sub-assembly, rack, and chassis assembly, building cable assemblies, and interpreting detailed drawings and assembly work instructions.
  • **Certifications**: Familiarity with 5S standards and ISO 9001.
