At Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of internal policies for the onboarding and maintenance of all active subcontractor and independent contractor files.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all independent, subcontractor vendor, and W2 files are complete and accurate.
- Enter all independent, subcontractor, and W2 critical compliance information into tracking systems.
- Follow up on incorrect/missing documentation and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure proper insurance documentation for subcontractor vendors and maintain electronic files and logs for audit compliance.
- Develop and implement the Quarterly audit of contractor files to include insurance documentation for subcontractor vendors.
- Follow up with operational team members and facilitate resolution of outstanding issues regarding subcontractor or independent contractor onboarding.
- Develop process for ensuring review of independent contractor compliance annually.
- Create, update, interpret, and implement policies and procedures related to ensuring compliance with company standards as well as federal, state, or local laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, business, human resources, training, compliance, safety management, and/or licensing.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.
- Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
- Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- $60,000 annually.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
