We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Quality Engineer at Zobility. This position comes with a competitive salary of $130,000 per year, depending on location.

About the Role

This position involves leading quality management to achieve objectives and driving improvement/corrective actions and escalation. You will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and addressing warranty claims. Additionally, you will participate in product design reviews, PPAP processes, and implement necessary changes on the manufacturing floor.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will also conduct Gemba Walks and process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans. You will work with the supplier quality team to address issues, drive improvements, and conduct supplier audits. Furthermore, you will delegate tasks, track progress, mentor teams, and ensure adequate staffing and skill development.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with minimum 8 years of related experience. Previous experience in an Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant, or Project team is highly valued. You must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, from high-level meetings to the shop floor.
