The Clinical Patient Service Representative (CPSR) plays a vital role in the success of our medical clinics. As a multi-tasking position, you will be responsible for ensuring all provider schedules are accurately populated, responding to telephones according to established protocols, and capturing complete registration information prior to or during each visit.
Key Responsibilities- Assist medical providers and work closely with patients in preparation for examinations to provide medical care
- Perform patient intake and routine tests
- Complete paperwork assigned by the Provider
- Assist the front office as needed
- Conduct patient calls as requested
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience demonstrating effective communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant front desk customer-related experience in a healthcare setting
- BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of start date
