Job Overview

Position Objective:

The On-Site Account Agent plays a pivotal role in managing catering services for Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW), ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. This position is integral in enhancing service quality and fostering client loyalty.

Reporting to the On-Site Account Manager, the On-Site Account Agent is tasked with providing a tailored level of service while maintaining confidentiality of client information and following all specified protocols. Collaboration with various departments such as Operations, Network, IT, Finance, and Marketing & Sales is essential to consistently offer a remarkable experience to our clientele within the Air Culinaire framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Responsibilities
    • Support all operational functions within the team.
    • Manage assigned phone queues as directed by management.
    • Address assigned emails coordinated by management.
    • Process orders accurately and promptly.
    • Maintain comprehensive notes on all relevant order details.
    • Utilize company software to identify approved suppliers for orders.
    • Conduct pricing research for custom items using authorized websites.
    • Communicate directly with the supply chain for order clarification via phone or email.
    • Document Process Events in accordance with departmental policies.
    • Resolve Event issues by following the company’s credit matrix and engaging management support as necessary.
    • Perform self-quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy and minimize potential issues before submission.
    • Ensure orders are confirmed and follow up with suppliers as needed.
    • Report any issues to management at the end of the shift for communication to the next team.
    • Engage with the On-Site Account Manager, Operations Manager, Director, or VP of Guest Services as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Field preferred.
  • Experience in managing client relationships in a professional setting.
  • Background in catering, culinary operations, or hospitality is essential, including familiarity with culinary terminology.
  • Prior experience in the aviation sector is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Understanding of modern office practices, including communication protocols and record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
