About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Spectrum. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and submit ROI analyses to support sales efforts
  • Request site surveys to determine serviceability and encourage client retention
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, and English communication skills
  • Ability to manage change and shifting priorities, with a quick learning pace
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience selling telecommunications products
