**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize established guidelines to effectively maintain and operate dish machines, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene.
  • Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish racks, adhering to strict cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to maintain a neat and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping up broken glass and mopping up spills.
  • Empty full and heavy trash cans, sanitizing them after each use and replacing with new trash bags.
  • Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in various areas of the kitchen, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
