Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our field teams, including project management, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including regular communication and project updates.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of superintendents and field staff.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a senior superintendent or director of field operations in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
