Allied Reliability is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team in the Russellville, AR area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet production and uptime goals while prioritizing safety as a core business objective.
  • Lead the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance strategies to drive continuous improvement and ownership of plant uptime.
  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance planning schedules to support plant mechanical and electrical functions.
  • Provide technical expertise to the maintenance and operational teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives in safety, quality, production, and cost.
  • Manage relationships with project equipment suppliers and contractors.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to increase and maintain plant operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising maintenance in an industrial setting.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in effective reliability programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Safe Work Procedures and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to apply data-driven critical thinking to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A 2- or 4-year degree in a related field is highly desirable.
