About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As an Ambulatory Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure effective communication
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and social determinants of health
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote health and wellness, disease prevention, and management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting, preferably in a specialty care area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
