Job Title: HRIS Analyst (Implementation)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $50 - $65 per hour

Role Summary:

The HRIS Analyst will spearhead the implementation of UKG, collaborating closely with both HR and IT departments to ensure a smooth transition. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of UKG, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to manage sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the UKG implementation process.
  • Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to guarantee seamless integration and execution.
  • Migrate data from the current system to UKG, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
  • Facilitate user testing and provide continuous support throughout the implementation phase.
  • Generate and maintain reports, making adjustments as required to align with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG, providing insights and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience with UKG, particularly in system implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in HRIS implementation and data migration.
  • Strong collaborative abilities and experience working alongside management teams.
