Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Assist customers with rental needs, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and greet customers, provide directions, and offer general assistance to ensure a positive experience.
- Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Effectively market the company by promoting our services and products to customers.
- Understand and communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
- May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
- Notify management of any known vehicle problems or required vehicle maintenance.
- Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and run miscellaneous reports.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Some college preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of administrative or customer service experience in the last 6 years.
- Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, and social security.
