About the Role

We are looking for an Event Planner to enhance our marketing efforts and represent our brand at various events in the Baltimore DC Metro area. In this position, you will serve as an ambassador for our organization, increasing awareness of our services while coordinating and participating in these events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan events across the Baltimore and DC Metro regions.
  • Manage and attend activation events at our clinics during evenings and weekends.
  • Facilitate community engagement by organizing events every weekend on a rotating basis.
  • Design and enhance customer experiences through thoughtful event planning.
  • Elevate our brand by orchestrating high-quality, engaging events.
  • Prior experience in marketing events or conference planning is preferred.
