Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker with a broad woodworking background who is ready to take on challenging projects and has a desire to grow into a project management role in the future. This position focuses on cabinet-making skills with the expectation of general woodworking knowledge for furniture and custom components.

This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented who excels in cabinet-making and woodworking but is also interested in career growth with a pathway to project management over time. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in cabinet-making or general woodworking, with expertise in assembly and craftsmanship for custom applications.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include optional health coverage, paid time off, and a Simple IRA retirement plan with a 3% company match.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cabinet and Woodworking Production: Execute advanced cabinet-making and woodworking tasks, including cutting, assembly, and precision fitting for custom applications.
  • Assembly & Fit: Ensure the accuracy, fit, and structural integrity of various materials in line with project specifications.
  • Cross-Training in Fabrication: Learn in-house techniques for working with diverse materials to enhance versatility and skill.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on all components to meet high standards for accuracy and durability.
  • Installation Support: Occasionally assist with on-site installations to guarantee a proper fit and finish.
  • Workspace Safety & Maintenance: Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
