Service Offerings:
We deliver comprehensive industrial cleaning services across various sectors, including utilities, mining, chemical manufacturing, and pulp & paper industries. Our expertise includes hydro blasting, vacuum truck operations, and customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, along with waste processing and handling services that comply with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure readiness of all tools and equipment prior to job commencement.
- Conduct pre-job meetings and complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) documentation.
- Review and submit daily job reports to the administrative team.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in operating heavy machinery and industrial services, filling in for operational roles as necessary.
- Provide training to new hires on essential job skills.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Participate in one hour of leadership training each month.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing and scheduling personnel for industrial and environmental services.
- Prior experience in an industrial or plant environment is required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform manual labor in outdoor settings.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Willingness to use a respirator in environments with potential chemical exposure.
- Availability to work shifts exceeding 8 hours, including emergency response situations.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License; CDL preferred.
- Preferred 2-4 years of hands-on experience with tools and heavy equipment.
Compensation:
- Starting pay at $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
- Schedule may vary, including day and night shifts.
