Job Title: Data Quality Project Lead

The Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Data Quality Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Operations & Technology organization, you will be responsible for driving data architecture and governance initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Interface with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding project status.
  • Recommend and oversee process improvements.
  • Have significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in a data-related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and review stored procedures.
  • Experience working with Database, Reporting & Analytics.
  • Experience in issue tracking and governance with systems like JIRA/HPQC is a plus.
  • Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  • Data and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results quickly and effectively.
  • Exceptional level of motivation and diligence coupled with excellent communications skills (verbal and written), as well as strong relationship building.

Compensation: $65/hr - $70/hr. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions, as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.
