Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to every guest, creating a positive car wash experience.
  • Promote and activate new memberships, contributing to the growth of our customer base.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions.
  • Assist guests with entering the wash bay safely and efficiently, ensuring proper spacing between vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles before and during the wash process to identify any potential safety concerns and address them promptly.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of car wash attendants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and standards for exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous car wash experience is beneficial but not required; we are eager to train the right candidate.

This position involves both indoor and outdoor duties.
