Required Skills:
  • Supervise personnel in the installation and upkeep of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery utilized in company operations.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Manage the work of maintenance and support staff; communicate expectations and provide guidance and training.
  • Monitor work performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of production machinery.
  • Oversee technical process control and quality assurance processes.
Experience Needed:
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Educational Background:
  • BA/BS with 2-5 years of professional experience; or an Advanced Degree with 0-3 years of professional experience.
