About This RoleAs the Go-To-Market Lead for the European region, you will spearhead the growth of our consumer business, oversee market launches, and drive marketing strategies through both planning and execution. With our success in Asia, we are now focused on replicating this model in Europe, particularly in France and Spain, and we seek a leader to enhance our efforts in this area.
Your role will involve a commitment to localizing our approach, ensuring that our product and marketing strategies resonate with regional audiences while aligning with our overarching growth framework.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the growth metrics for the EU market, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Identify key growth opportunities and lead strategic initiatives tailored for the EU.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and targeted user acquisition.
- Drive content creation and localization efforts to maintain relevance in local markets.
- Act as a liaison between the EU team and headquarters, collaborating with the marketing team to share insights and best practices.
- Communicate specific product needs from the market to headquarters, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams globally.
- Promote company culture and vision within the local context.
- Mentor and develop team members to meet business objectives and enhance team morale.
- A well-rounded marketer with the analytical skills to assess campaigns and prioritize effectively.
- 7-10 years of experience in tech startups within a growth or marketing capacity, preferably with a focus on foreign markets in the EU.
- Proficient in data analysis and utilizing insights for informed decision-making, particularly in marketing contexts.
- Experience in the target market, with a strong understanding of local cultures and needs.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of partnering with diverse teams across various markets.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language, with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for collaboration with headquarters and other offices.
