Serves as lead instructor of the day-to-day academic activities, directing staff in recruitment, intake, and progression through the program experience. Works with Program Administrators and stakeholders to review and evaluate program effectiveness and academic rigor.

Travel throughout the state is required as needed. Comfort and ability to manage multiple priorities, make quick decisions, and convey diverse thoughts and ideas to learners of varying academic levels and learning styles.

Knowledge of career development assessment software and processes is essential. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
