Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Skills Coach to work with our students in grades K-8. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elementary and middle school kids, be able to manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance, and be approachable, empathetic, and patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on our curriculum.
  • Engage students in sports, games, and other activities.
  • Support kids' behavioral management needs.
  • Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning.
  • Serve as a positive role model to the students to build kids' self-esteem and emotional wellness.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences.
  • Ability to engage in the following activities with or without an accommodation.
