About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Phlebotomist. As a key member of our plasma donation center team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones and greeting donors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
