Project Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at ProLift Rigging Co. in en. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe loading, transportation, storage, lifting, and shipping of Customer Critical Products to project sites.
The salary for this role is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus program, 401(k), medical, dental, and vision coverage, vacation and holiday pay, disability insurance, and life insurance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning ability. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
In this role, you will assist the Project Manager in supporting and managing accounts, including Accounts Payable collections. You will also act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, proactively communicating resource needs and verifying product quantities, dimensions, trucking requirements, and dates.
You will ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service outlined in agreements and set up contractors and stakeholders in Logistics software/tracking sheets. Proper and timely billing for all loadouts/trucking/offloads/storage is also essential, as well as ensuring proper approvals for invoices prior to scheduled loadouts.
