Job Description:

This Logistics Coordinator - Warehouse Operations Specialist position plays a critical role in the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and fulfillment center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, receiving and processing incoming materials, packing and fulfilling orders, preparing wholesale shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments to influencers, affiliates, Direct-to-Consumer/Online (DTC) orders, and Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale orders.
  • Complete packaging tasks such as scanning bar codes of packing slips and products, box assembly, packing, and taping as provided by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all shipments are safely and securely packed and contain all required documentation(s), label(s), and custom kitting materials if requested by the client.
  • Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials as well as scanning errors and report them to the supervisor.
  • Operate shipping software and inventory management system, and complete all required cGMP documentation such as receiving logs, hold policies, etc.
  • Work hand-in-hand with management to ensure raw packing materials and finished products are available in inventory, adequately stocked and organized.
  • Receive shipments, complete cGMP supporting documentation, and store them in respective warehouse areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and fulfillment center.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working directly with picking, packing, and fulfilling orders and handling various shipments is required. Ability to operate a pallet jack and organize pallets on pallet racks is also necessary.
  • Fast-paced fulfillment/warehouse work environment requires standing, walking, sitting, crouching, and lifting for shift duration. Ability to lift 30lbs – 50lbs is required.
  • Reliable and diligent with ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards at all times.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately is essential.
  • Self-driven and hard-working team player with great organizational and time-management skills is required.
