Job Overview:


This role involves collaborating with the Associate Director within the International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) to deliver guidance, programming, and benefits administration in accordance with J-1 immigration standards and the policies and procedures of the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO). Additionally, this position will provide supplementary support for F-1 benefit services as a Designated School Official (DSO).


Essential Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree accompanied by two years of experience in advising, administrative, or educational roles involving college students or community groups is required. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents to fulfill USCIS eligibility criteria.


Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of the complimentary, self-paced online training for DSOs or prior experience as a DSO is preferred.
