The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luther Manor in Sioux Falls, SD. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Assess resident needs and develop care plans that address their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN or LPN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
